Rick Smith
President

Rick Smith has held virtually all positions within Keller-Martin Construction, having worked his way up through the ranks since 1980. Extensive hands on experience has made Rick knowledgeable and innovative in all aspects of construction such as constructability reviews, value engineering, estimating, scheduling, pre-construction, and project management. He is responsible for leading new business development, corporate marketing, client relations and estimating. Rick is an active member and former Chairman of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). He also served on the Board of Directors of both National and South Texas Chapters of ABC. Rick has thirty-seven years of construction experience. Whenever possible, he enjoys spending time at the coast.

Randy Reiley
Vice President of Operations

Randy Reiley has twenty-five years of experience in the commercial construction industry, joining Keller-Martin Construction in 1996. As Vice President of Operations he is responsible for the daily operations of the field personnel to include scheduling, safety training/compliance and equipment allocation. Randy also closely manages projects to include budget and schedule maintenance; project administration and communication; and subcontractor negotiations/relations. He supports estimating, scheduling, and constructability reviews during the project pre-construction phase. Randy is an employee stockholder. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Robert Hoyland IV
Vice President of Estimating

Robert Hoyland IV is the Senior Project Manager, and joined Keller-Martin Construction in 2001. Robert’s nineteen years of on the job experience have given him the ability to seamlessly execute a project from start to finish. He has managed a large variety of projects such as educational, religious, financial, medical, light industrial and specialty facilities. Robert’s responsibilities include project management, administration, and communication; schedule and budget maintenance; and subcontractor negotiations/relations. During pre-construction, Robert assists in scheduling, estimating, and constructability reviews. Robert is an employee stockholder. During his time off, he enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with family.
