Supervising all construction activities with experienced personnel

Providing skilled carpenters and laborers for self-performed work

Closely reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of all submittals, product data, and shop drawings

Providing regular quality inspections with the Project Superintendent, Project Manager, and company principals

Maintaining quality control through periodic punch lists

Performing and managing all testing, inspections, certifications and other requirements with special attention to sequence

Maintaining proper material storage and jobsite cleanliness

Supervising and maintaining safety program

Coordinating subcontractor payments and insurance
