SELF-PERFORMANCE
As a true General Contractor, Keller-Martin Construction often self-performs a number of skilled-trades using our in-house employees. These trades include carpentry, finish carpentry, drywall, selective demolition, concrete, and specialty item installation. At Keller-Martin, we are hands-on craftsmen who take pride in creation; we are not a General Contractor that just brokers projects. Our skilled carpenters and laborers have an average tenure of fifteen years with Keller-Martin.
